Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. The tracking will also be available on your account under “my orders”.

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-15 business days of its ship date. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Absolutely! To expedite your delivery, you have the option to upgrade to express shipping. This faster shipping method usually takes 5 to 10 working days for delivery, depending on your location and current shipping demands.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address. You will be reminded of this address 3 times before confirming your order. Please check this carefully, as once the order has been confirmed, we will be unable to do anything else.
