Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-15 business days of its ship date. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

During promotional periods, please allow up to 18 – 25 business days to receive your order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address. You will be reminded of this address 3 times before confirming your order. Please check this carefully, as once the order has been confirmed, we will be unable to do anything else.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. The tracking will also be available on your account under “my orders”.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the link to work. If the link still does not work after 48 hours, you can reach out to our customer service team for more information.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the refund within a few business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

For a refund to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The return must be initiated within the 30-day return window.
